Perseverance & Beware the Guru

Don't fall for cults of personality. Don't let fake narratives about perseverance give you a false sense of failure. Just because you try hard doesn't mean you'll succeed. Just because you failed doesn't mean you didn't do everything right. Not every uplifting story is a happy ending. Guru just means "important teacher".

My shade ball came! Yay! I know the color and exposure gets wonky in this one. Still trying to figure out my camera's auto white balance settings. After I stood up it turned the entire picture orange and no amount of color correction could fix it. Believe me...I tried!
